Lanier Treatment Center is here to guide your steps of recovery. Whether it's your first attempt at recovery or you are a family member seeking help for a loved one, we are here to help. Follow the steps below to get started.
Intake and Admissions

Call our office to make your first appointment.
Complete the intake forms and bring with you to your first appointment.

Bring two (2) forms of ID. One (1) must be a current state issued ID such as a driver's license.
Fees are due at the time of intake. Cash and credit/debit card are accepted.

Expect Intake to take 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
You will need to have blood drawn so it is important to be hydrated.

You will need to be in withdrawal.
For Methadone patients - you will receive your first dose after intake process.

For Suboxone patients - you will be given a prescription to be filled at your pharmacy.

Intake days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for Methadone and Suboxone 6:30 am to 9:00 am. Thursday intake for Suboxone only 6:30 am to 9:30 am.

Guest Dosing Information
Information Checklist:

Copies of patient’s last three drug screens – LTC will not dose someone who has positive screens for illicit benzodiazepines or illicit opiates.

Guest dose request signed by your clinic’s physician

Guest dose form must include dosing dates, amount of dose, liquid or disk. Any take-home medication must be specified in the guest dose request.

Contact name and telephone number for verification of dosing information with your home clinic.

Photo ID is required

A lock-box is required to pick up any take home medication.

Monday thru Friday: 6:00 am – 10:30 am
Saturday: 6:30 am – 9:30 am
Closed Sunday
**Please arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to closing**
Additional Information:
We request a minimum of three days to accommodate a guest dose request but understand that emergencies do happen and will work to fill all requests within our capability. If a guest dose is to start on a Saturday, all information must be received by noon on Thursday prior to the Saturday start date.
